Should I point out his pop ups and ground outs?

Wish he could have snuck that one past the 3B against UCLA

Why is he our best hitter? Because people say so? At what point is Bregman judged by what he does instead of what people think he can do?

I actually agree. Bregman seems untouchable in the lineup and I personally would like to see a shake up in the order with Bregman moving a couple of spots down. Maybe that'll light a fire under his arse.

You sit on a throne of lies.

Raph sprayed many a singles from the RF line to the LF line. He was a line drive hitter. He did hit a ton of ground balls, many that got through the hole. That's how you hit .490 for an entire regular season with a wet newspaper in your hand.

Of course, the big drawback of that was...

Great contact hitter + plus many ground balls + slow runner = double plays

hcb pointed out the "games started" stat. And you suggested the thread. I wanted to discuss it. Boom. A thread is born.

No if he started the thread it would have been about Kramer or Jacoby.

BTW just looking at some stats, we are 1-14 with the bases loaded this year. Ouch.

Fraley to me should hit in the middle of the lineup. But i understand why his speed makes him a nice leadoff candidate. It would spread out those lefties a bit too.
