The Bottom would show up in Tiger Stadium after halftime for a few games. That option would get yanked quick.

I'd love to know where people park for it to take two hours to get off campus. Even for a down to the wire game that keeps the fans till the bitter end, I can usually walk back to my tailgate and be home in right around an hour. At the latest, and that's if I hang around after the game to hear the Alma Mater or take a few more photos, I'm home right around the time Hannagriff starts his show. I live in Inniswold area of BR.

I imagine that the later you arrive to campus, the longer it takes you to leave.

We parked in the levee lot off River Road. NEVER AGAIN! We arrived on campus around 2:00. Any other suggestions on where to park to not be sitting in a cluster? I've always parked in the lot beside Walk On's, but they have had it blocked off the past few weeks even though there is still plenty of parking space.

TV is the major culprit for people leaving early IMHO .

going back to the tailgate to fix another hi-ball is so pleasurable to me.

That can't be done at a night game?
We stay until the band quits, then head back to our tailgate, have a late night snack and an (1) adult beverage and then plunge into the remaining traffic. For us it's all about the LSU experience. And allocating the entire night to enjoying it. I spend over 300 nights at home. Why rush? It isn't going anywhere.

Just go to the game and offer $5 per ticket. For these games, you'll get that pretty quick. Just don't try to get the ticket more than an hour before kickoff. You may get them for free sooner than that.

There are people who think they can get face or more for these tickets, but those are very few. Just show up, and you'll get good seats cheap.

Agreed. Constant TV time outs is making the stadium experience boring. I also think that technology advancements allow people to communicate better and find other things to do.

Then throw our boring arse offense into the mix and you get mass exodus.

The 4 crisp brand new 20s in my wallet laugh at this statement. I sold my 2 seats for face. You just have to do it by Wed and not wait till Sat.

1 - Flow of game disrupted due to TV timeouts
2 - Every game in America is on TV. Way too many.
3 - When you know the outcome before it's played.
4 - NFLization of NCAA Football
5 - Tailgateing more popular then game
6.- Traffic (at least 1/3 are road ragers anyway)
7 - No drinking
8 - No smoking
9 - No QB - since forever
10 We're spoiled

I have no idea how this happens. I also stayed until the end,and it took about 20 minutes to get out of the stadium and walk to our car in the Ag Lot. Once I pulled out of the parking lot, we were on I-10 at Acadian in 15 minutes tops. I guess we're on the "outside" of the campus in a way, but I never get these horror stories of people trying to get off campus.

I don't understand why people want to get home so early anyway. What the hell else could you possibly be doing?

If you stood outside the stadium you could have gotten a ticket for free.

You prefer to roast for hours in a miserably hot stadium in September?

How about as morons leave let people in for free. At least you could make more money on food and a pan of the stadium wouldn't be so embarrasing.

Who would be going in?
