One of the many things I love about Coach Orgeron

He is not afraid to talk up his players on how talented they are. He will be the first to tell anyone that Guice is the best RB in the country going into next year. That attitude has to get recruits excited in coming here to contribute as well. I have friends who played for Coach Orgeron and they admitted that they have never had a coach get the most out of them like he does. I believe his fire and attitude will get this team clicking on all cylinders and competing for Nattys. The lack of bouncing back and having that killer instinct is the reason we have been underachieving. I can't wait for the bowl game now.

I am guessing either none of your friends were Ole Miss players ...or that they were, and their full potential was just shitty.

Such a change of pace from miles who was never willing to compliment his players and even badmouthed them.

So we're bringing up old shite? You used to shite in a diaper.

He has proven that he learned from his mistakes. I'd rather a coach that is experienced than one who comes to LSU and makes a bunch of mistakes. Using ole miss against him is srupid, but this is the rant so I'm not surprised.

He may ultimately work out , but he has proven zero. That's a false narrative promoted by blind allegiance. The man has been a HC once and failed miserably.

Being an interim means nothing. It's a turnkey job.

That's funny...

I've been wrong all this time. I thought it had more to do with Saban in the same division and our lack of solid OL & QB play.

Thanks for the insight.

Same OL and same QB and records were broken after Miles was fired. The attitude has changed

he hasn't proven anything. Glad we are the ones who get to be the real test.

I mean, O coudl still make a bunch of mistakes. I would tend to think people who make mistakes more likely to make them.

Using his personal coaching record as a means of judging him. I guess You're against resumes too.

Frankly we are hiring him because he promised to go get the best OC. He has not shown any ability to do that.

The Alabama and Florida games say hello!

You remember the only two teams we played in November who had successful seasons? We scored ten points total at home. That killer instinct had the team rocking in those games.

We all hope for the best, but running up the score for style points against bad to terrible defenses didn't change anything when we played quality teams who had a defense with a pulse.

We basically pounded UF...I was at the game

we dominated but the players failed the team in terms of finishing drives and scoring

5 trips inside the 5 produced a mere 10 pts....

that's a player problem ...guice fumble, running the wrong call, and FG muffed handle on the snap...

Bama is Bama...no one scores much on them

You can't change the offense in 3 weeks

Give O some time..

You're welcome!

Now we going to blame players when we get beat by less talented teams?

Why? I thought LSU had more talent than anyone in college football but for Alabama? Why is time now needed?

All we know is what we have seen form O since he's been here. And since that time, he gets an A. As of now, it sure looks like a really good hire! Pride, former players feeling appreciated, he has been good for the entire LSU community on and off the field.

For the record, against p5 teams, bama gives up about 13 ppg, 15.5 if you remove our game. So essentially 2td's. Just throwing this out there for the comment above.

I was very frustrated for Bama game bc seemed to be re-living Les in his declining years. Fla was not the same. Costly turnovers at the worst times hurt. Then, rb going the wrong way was kicker. However instead of looking back and predicting doom and gloom-- I am being optimistic. If and when the Tigers Stuart to lose-- bitch away.

My grading scale is a bit tougher. I'd give him a solid B.

If you remove them all except Ole Miss Bama is giving up 40 points a game.

The red zone performance in the Florida game and questionable play calling can be directly pinned to O who said at the post game PC that he "weighed in on all those plays and thought we could run it in"
