If they ever made a roddy white award he'd be a lock.

OBJ is not in their league until he can be trusted to catch the ball. OBJ has amazing talent in special teams and is fast but his hands are not on that level. Landry is on that level. Landry has hands of gold. If LSU would have gave him as many targets and called plays as OBJ, Landry would have the better chance of making the TOP 3.

Its amazing that Evans can manage to be such a little bitch in such a big body.

But as for OBJ and Landry, each is the reason the other isn't going to win. While its great for the team to have 2 go-to guys, it splits the stats, especially on a run-first team.

Love Odell too, but he's not even the best WR on his own team.

This thread should be titled Jarvis not among finalists, and yes that is an outrage.

He is the best player on this team and our best WR since Michael Clayton imo. Just a notch above D Bowe

I haven't seen him drop any passes recently. Goes into double, triple coverage and snatches balls out the air. I'd say the third fastest WR coming out this year and a big deep threat (almost 20 ypc). He'll be a finalist for the Hornung because he is an elite returner. He'll finish the year out with nearly 1300 yards and 10 TDs. Both Evans and Cooks will be north of 1500 with 15+ TDs. He can't compete with the raw numbers.

Unless there are some criteria that I am not aware of ...both Beckham AND Landry should be finalists.

I agree, but Landry > Beckham

There are some great receivers to choose from in this years draft that's for sure, Evans, cooks, Watkins, obj,and Jarvis. Not to mention Jordan rogers from vandy. He is 99.9% of vanderbilts offense. All are first round talent imo

i have never seen a worse receiver than micheal Irvin until I watched evans closely. WORSE THAN MICHAEL IRVIN

This. I've heard people say he dropped a pass when it was well behind him or the DB was holding his arm. I'd bet for every "drop" he's got at least one great catch. If not for Landry he'd be the primary weapon on this of fence and he'd have numbers as good or better than the finalists.

OBJ > Landry and this will be proven on draft day.

Looks like Cooks should get the trophey

He has a lot of yards, but his ypc is much lower than Evans and OBJ.

He hasn't dropped a pass that wasn't knocked away by a DB or without his arms being held. When a play is well defended or there is interference it is NOT a dropped pass.

the difference is Landry catches those balls no matter what. That's what separates OBJ and Landry
