I agree with the sentiment. The thing that I've noticed as a dichotomy between the two coaches is the obvious respect other coaches have for O vs. Miles. They are both larger-than-life figures and while O has been stereo-typed as a Cajun caveman by many, they know the guy can coach! I never sensed that other coaches felt that way about Les and obviously the media had a hayday clowning him.
After all that, if he would've hired an offensive guru like O did, it's my opinion he would still be here and probably with another couple trophies.
