Not one Web Site i've been to is picking LSU.

Vegas has Bama favorite by 9 pts. These guys are not impressed with our offensive improvement,and feels a bad bamma is better than an improved Lsu team. Make me understand.

Because Bama ain't bad and we have not been an offensive juggernaut.....

i am not going to say "don't go by what vegas says"
and i am also not going to say vegas thinks we will win.
but if vegas were to put us as the favorites, or make it a 3 point line the ammount of bets for bama would be ridiculous.
vegas wants to make money. the line is where they think the betting will be about even on either side of the line.
i still say LSU wins by 3. but then, i am an LSU homer.
which is why i never gamble on the Tigers.

Watch the first 8 games LSU has played and then watch the first 8 games Bama played. If you think LSU has looked as good as Bama, you are blind.

Sure their not the team they were weeks ago. looks like they peaked early. Passing game is not there. All the experts claimed Bama's the best team. now they say Bama has problems.

Our so-called offensive improvements came against two of the worst defenses in Auburn and Tulane.
It's not hard to understand that we're going up against one of the best defenses with a complicated scheme for a young QB to read. It'll take our best offensive effort of the year to win this game.

Then factor in that LSU has looked improved in the last couple games, and Bama looks like they regressed in the last couple games. Tiger fans are clinging to this, thinking we are just as good as Bama, but looking at the entire season, Bama is definitely a better team.
