Not saying Clark is a beacon of pride for LSU but I’m sure Chase made the decision based on the factors on the table vs listening to a TV analyst. I think we should be happy for him.

Agree. The season slid back closer to the draft and, all things considered, there is little upside for a player of his level (consensus top 5 pick) to play this season.

I would feel a little better about it if the other 4 in the Top5 were also opting out.

Yep. Zero upside. But for the NCAA 3 year rule he’d be gone already.

This has zero to do with any virus strictly based on the draft.

Chase is a slam dunk top 10, maybe top 5 pick.

Other receivers aren't on that level.

Correct but the idiots just gotta blame someone. And those idiots don't like Clark's twitter feed showing police exercising all kinds of restraint with white criminals.

If you guys dont understand Clark has huge influence on former Bootleggers then you are incredibly naive.

I don’t agree with the decision but the top 5 in no order is Lawerence Fields Chase Sewell Parsons. Only Lawrence will be playing, Sewell and Fields didn’t have a choice, and Chase/Parsons opted out.

Torn ACL and Chase drops 5-10 spots easy. No brainer.
