Good for JJ...can't wait to see him play his first NFL game and prove the doubters wrong.

But that's fine - look at the avg's then.

Not saying one is better than the other - just saying there wasn't THAT big of a difference between the two.

I don't think he's as cocky as some of his quotes make him come off, but there does seem to be a lack of self-awareness. it's not terrible, but it's there.

His own HC glossed over his performance in games he played poorly. He just learned from his coach. I don't think he was being cocky, he was being honest, just didn't know any better.

Wonder what stats would look like if you averge only the games each QB started. We know Flynn's damage came in senior season and peach bowl. That is his 13 starts and probably a high percentage of his stats as well.

Flynn >>>>>

don't forget Jordan started all games in 2010, including the ones where he couldn't crack 100 yds or throw a TD.

I would love to see RobbBobb and TlsuGGer's posts regarding JJ projecting as a 5th rounder.

Can you please unban them, Rummy?

You should probably wait to see if this actually happens.

Were those guys really banned?

I've steered clear of the JJ/Lee threads for the most part, so I'm not up to date on this stuff

In this case, it doesn't matter if he gets drafted. . .

. . .the projection and the article would be enough to make them completely lose their shite.

They are probably reading this right now. . .faces beet red. . .mouth foaming.

JJ getting invited to an All Star game and the NFL combine proved too much for them to handle.

They came unglued.

Just a thought:
Wouldn't a team want a QB that was more than just a little bit cocky?
Would a timid QB be better?
I think the days of the "Awwww shucks" athlete is over.

Well, you want a guy who can take responsibility. You can be cocky and still accept responsibility. I think JJ was just reciting what he heard from the HC though
