What also jumps out at me is the seemingly stellar QB play that Bama and OM get yet they have only 1 QB in the NFL just like LSU.

IMO.. the reason for this is the same reason Bama's running backs look so good in college..

A great Offensive Line makes the rest of the offense look better...

No doubt you are right on! For years our QB's have to scramble as soon as they touch the ball.

With the talent disparity how have we let Arkansas beat us by 17 the last 2 years?

Answer: coaching

This strongly suggests talent hasn't been a problem around these parts for a long time.

Florida in SEC-W now? I guess no more arguing why we play them every year...

Great work dude. So LSU has more LBs than the mighty bama.

LSU is better represented in the trenches than I thought. No reason for such mediocrity.

What jumps out at me more than anything are these two. Seems like they have talent all over the field

Oklahoma-26

What this tells me is that our "OL Guru" former coach did a shitty job of recruiting his specialty.

Say what you want, but that is the main reason for the decline we are seeing (in addition to really bad QB development).

Combine these two and you get what we have been seeing.

FWIW we were tied with Georgia and Auburn for 4th most draft picks in the SEC in 2015 and tied with LSU, Ole Miss and Georgia for 3rd this year.

Not just the RBs, but the QBs as well.

Bama dominates college football because they dominate the LOS. You aren't going to have much success just trying to line up and beat them man on man. It takes equal parts good talent and great scheme to beat them. Les, LSU, and even Ogeron the other night simply refused to get creative on offense to get those guys off balance.

On the flip sid, Aranda and the D were outstanding.

I was saying Bama added up to 42, not 41, but whatever.

Didn't expect the Hogs to have the most QBs.
