First does Vadal stay for Sr year

Second If Vadal does leave what does the starting OL look like next year?

Thanks

my guess would be

LT-pocic
LG-vadal (hopefully)
c-dodd
rg-boutte
rt-hawkins

keeping vadal another yes is really important, we could keep over half the OL intact

I think everyone likes the idea of Vadal much more than Vadal's actual play. That guy has gotten worse since he's been here. He was a tackle who gave up trying to get better, got beat out by a freshman, and got moved to guard.

he actually played great vs OM and Bama but he'll only be remembered for the 15 yd penalty.

Any chance the incoming 5* OT Maea Teuhema sees some time or becomes an immediate starter?

I would have to think there is a solid chance he plays a significant role next year.

I feel like a lot of people are forgetting about him.

He played well against Ole Miss and was a mixed bag against Bama. My criticism isn't that he can't play, it's just that he isn't the most motivated individual. He's got his eyes on the NFL, and I expect that's where he'll be next year.

What got my attention on the depth chart is that they have Malone behind Collins.

In addition to Teuhema, what about Will Clapp?

He was mentioned before the season as someone who could figure into the OL mix.

How about Garrett brumfield? Didn't he redshirt? I would think he would be able to compete.

My source on the team says Brumfield is going to be really good. Also said Clapp is developing nicely and Malone is really tough.

The talent is there and I have felt the staff has actually recruited well there the past 4-5 years. But we will lose two srs, and possibly two more. So grimes will have his work cut out for him to get some of the others ready.

Plus we got that juco guy as well that may slide in at rt if Hawkins is convinced to stay and given the LT spot.

1) Maybe, maybe not. Hopefully, he takes to mind what La'el did.

LT Hawkins
LG Vadal
C Dodd
RG Pocic
RT Domond

A lot depends on what Hawkins and Vadal do. If they both stay, Domond get RT, Pocic stays at RG and Dodd starts at center

He shot up the boards but reports I saw during camp said he has struggled. Hope it clicks, dude has a mean streak if you watch his hs film.

Collins couldn't sniff the field his first year even though we needed more depth.
