@Barn- W
MSU-W
@USCe- L
Aggie- W
Bama- W
@Tenn- W
@Arky- L
UF-W
Mizzou-W
@UK- L

13-5
Gets us a 3-4 in SEC tourney, I think we go 1-1 and finish 21-12. Hopefully we get a 10/11 seed instead of 8-9 and then Benny and crew wreck shop

I think this team could be one of those rare 13 loss teams to make the tourney mainly because of Ben Simmons but also because of Horny/Victor coming back late.

Idk thats a tough one. We haven't played well on the road. The key is splitting USCe and Aggie, and Splitting Arky and Tenn

Sounds about right.

It'll be super key to split that little Tennessee/Arkansas stretch. Two tough places to play.

21-12 WILL get us in... And getting by the 1st game is all they need to make a deep run.... IMO....

I think @Arky can go either way, but so could Aggie in BR. I like the 13-5.

Currently 6-2 in conference. 7-3 to finish seems about right.

Probably too early to say, but would it be better for LSU to get the double bye in SECT or single bye?
Obviously, you would want to win every game and don't worry about this stuff, but with a loss to Fla and possible loss to USCe, they could be ahead of us with a tied SEC record putting us at the 5th seed.

First step is to admit you have a problem.

My problem is thinking we will lose another game this season.

bama is ever so close to top 50 at 53 right now. if they could inch their way in, that would give lsu a top 50 win on the road. i know bama was in a slump at the time but, i'm not sure the committee would look that closely at it. if bama does get up there, take care of business against barn, tenn, ark to help the overall road record ending up at 5-8 on the road with a top 50 win. not easy but can be done. that should eliminate what i think is 1 of 3 resume issues.

Isn't Vandy pretty close as well? Last I saw they were top 60.

We aren't in with 12 losses. Our OOC games were miserable and that will keep us out if we have 12.

11 is on the bubble but it's a weak bubble.

10 is still on the bubble but we probably make it in.

We didn't have our full team for most of those OOC losses (all but Wake and OU). Those results won't be discounted entirely because of that, but it will certainly factor in to the committee's decision if we have a strong SEC record.

Also, are you counting the SEC tournament? We should be fine with 12 losses on Selection Sunday (11 in the regular season, meaning we finished 7-3 with a 13-5 SEC record). Anything worse than that, and we'll need at least a good SECT run, if not the auto bid.

22 wins gets LSU in, depends on who the Ls are against. One tonight and it's looking bleak

Yeah, but we are going to beat them again. That will likely drop them a few spots.

OP is pretty much along my same line of thought.

13-5, 20-11 prior to SECCT play and I think we're in the NCAAT.

If we lose tonight, then we would need to pick up a road win to replace it - preferably a stronger one such as @USEe or @UK. But I'm hoping we come out strong tonight.
