Just curious, but why not this post after the OM embarrassment??
This is what some or many LSU fans do not understand. The problem was before the Alabama game. Georgia is not that great. OM is not a very good team either.
I kind of
agree with the OP... it's always something with Les Miles. Such as a 2 or 3 headed horse is leading the defense, a co-OC, or NO OC, "2 yards and a cloud of dust" offense, no offense, run-run-pass, or discipline breakdowns, or ... will LSU ever have a great OL again? A great OL coach?
Last night's game was an exclamation point. But the problem existed before. You could point to the Clemson game last year. You can point to the OM debacle a few years back when the time ran out. He's coasting. He's fine with the 4+ mil.
Seriously... can LSU get a coach for 2 mil to perform as well? I don't know. But the guy is getting paid an awful lot.
Notice I did not say "fire Les Miles", but I'm really, really wondering what next season will bring to LSU. Is the defense going to be stellar? Will the offense improve? Do I feel warm and fuzzy when I ask those questions?
