Culp hit two clutch kicks, not "gimmes" by any means.

Not an O hater by any means, but Culp seemed to have proved him wrong. I mean we wasted on a scholarship on him anyhow.

Thought the same thing. But then also thought that maybe he was just lighting a fire under their arse. He obviously sees these dudes in practice and knows what they’re capable of. No one is trotting a kicker out for a 40+ yard field goal if they can’t kick it 30 yards

No one denying that both those kicks late were clutch as hell and right on the fricking money

Maybe O should remember what the AD told him, sit down and shut up. The kicker stuck his foot up O’s butt, after he crawled out from under the bus.

Clutch the past 2 weeks now. I mean, only 1 FG last week plus all the extra points, while FL kicker missed one which was the difference.

Shits getting old. O had more faith in his kicker than probably 99% of this board. Every one was screaming to go for it on 4th down.

O put his kicker in position to win. If he doesn't have faith in our kicker he doesn't trot him out there.

Then why say shite like that to the media? If he has faith in the guy no need to drag his arse in the mud!

Well it worked..... LSU's kicking has vastly improved. Can tell they are playing with a chip on their shoulder and it's working

I actually give O credit for calling the kickers out. They obviously got the message and responded. Thank God he's not coddling these players.

What will the O haters say though? I personally wouldn't have gone the way he did with it, but if it's working screw it.

bullshite. He's teaching them valuable life lessons. I'm glad he's calling out players not doing their jobs. That's life.

I've bashed O A LOT. I applaud him for that though, and I applaud him for the last two games. He's slowing winning some fans back. Still lots more football though.

We going to hear this everytime our kicker makes a kick? Every player responds differently to different types of criticism. Who knows.

Funny that our kickers have been better since that statement was made though.

Sometimes pissing people off is what it takes. On that note, I'm glad O has responded to the bashing he's been taking. He doesn't need to be coddled either. I'm laying off of him for now though.

Good job, O!

Maybe the problem was the coaches picking the wrong fg kicker for the games.

How many has Culp missed and from what distance.
(Even his miss was on target but short)

Culp is more accurate in games but the Coaches said Gonsilon won the job in practice.

Maybe the job should have been Culps all along.

Maybe so. It's tough to say without seeing what they see at practice. Some guys are just gamers. Kind of like Josh Booty vs Rohan Davey.

I saw Rashards Lawrence comments after the game and I can't help but think he was taking a shot at O.

yep it was great. Coach o has done a good job of shutting up and staying out of Canada and arandas way. Alleva did a good thing telling orgeron to go sit in the corner and do nothing. It's paid off
