Right...it was so clear that before you edited this post you thought that Miles was actually calling for the spike initially. Then you stupidly changed that theory to him telling Tolliver to stay down so the ref wouldn't quickly spot the ball. And now you've decided that he was telling something to the ref.

If it's so fricking clear why is this your 3rd interpretation of the event?

You are a complete fricking joke

every non-tiger fan on youtube saw LM call for the spike. Funny how objectivity decreases with dog in the fight.

I never could find who Les was talking to, until I saw him react when the Ole Miss guy came up with the ball. Pretty much fell into place at that point.

You're giving him a huge benefit of a doubt

And that signal looks like spike it to me

Had to. All during the play Miles never signaled anything until after the Ole Miss player showed the ball. Miles went apeshit running down the sideline signaling down. Obviously to the ref, and not to JJ, who was way back at the 50

It looks that way due to editing.

With :02 on the clock, Miles wants a spike, but when it ticks to :01, he calls for the FG. WBRZ edited out of order to call Les out

Again, Cauble is an idiot

quote:

Miles wasnt even motioning to JJ. He was motioning at TT to stay down, or the ref, or whatever. JJ was back at the 50 when Miles was motioning at the 8. So its a little more complicated than it looks.

After multiple reviews, at the end of the catch the Ole Miss defender came up with the ball. Miles was clearly running to the ref signaling that TT was down with possession, when the ball came out.

yeah, this guy sounds like he knows what he is talking about.

Ya know what....I watched it again and I'll eat crow here. I think you're right. But that still doesn't absolve him of the terrible game management

Yeah, I see it as well. Looks like the hand he's waving is pointing to the ground.
