re: Mike VI will no longer attempt going to the stadium this year

They should just build a tunnel from his habitat to the stadium and let him come and at will wherever he wants in there. That would satisfy his handlers that he was not being forced against his will and satisfy those that want to see a live Tiger in the stadium. Of course there might be a few drawbacks to the people in the stadium.

He is scared of the BUGA man.

I don't understand making the call for the rest of the season, why not play it week by week? We need to get him a bigger trailer/cage.

The policy even with Mike V was to just open the the cage and call Mike into the cage. Its not like someone new came in and they changed the approach and that is why Mike stopped going to games.

What do ya'll want? Lure him in with food? If that doesn't work, skip the meal the previous day?


It sucks, but haven't you compared V's behavior in the trailer to VI? I'm no trainer, but even to me its obvious how stressed he is about it where V was just chilling.



If you want to point to any mistake, it is the fact that we didn't get a cub that could grow up being used to the pageantry like V was.

Why not incorporate a new habitat for him into the stadium. He him live in the stadium.

It could be seen from inside and outside the stadium.
