Will he gain 25 lbs. and lose a 1/2 second on his forty (exaggeration) like every other young rb from the past?

vincent gained weight and got slower and so did keiland. I personally hope Ford stays around 210. there is no need for him to be 230-235.

the question: is the strength program responsible for this or the individual players?

As long as he stays away from Bogie's he'll be alright.

the kid arrived in better shape than most. He knows how to work out and it would appear after one year that he is still very lean although he does have some mass.
I expect he will be like Addai, he will get stronger, he will learn his craft well, and he will quietly carry the load......

None of this matters! What matter is that this guy:

Is already the greatist running back in LSU history and possibly in the history of college football.

Well known that Im a huge Ridley fan and it doesnt look like Stevan is going to see the field this year! What he did last year, 6 months after knee surgery and behind a less than average OL was great IMO.

Here's what I see. The dude is probably 5' 8-9 inches tall only. He's 1-2 lbs north or south of 205. That's a big weight for a kid that short and there is no reason for him to "want" to go higher. He's fine where's he's at.

ok i understand where you are coming from now. I thought you meant he was already better than and guaranteed to have better careers than Marshall Faulk, Kevin Faulk etc.

but with that being said, I hope he is our next Kevin Faulk.
