stop being a retard, take the purple and gold colored cock out of your mouth, and give credit where credit is due

Are you really saying that the 18 extra pounds that Trent carries explains the 90 pound squat and 50 pound bench advantage?

Bench Press:

Ford: weighs 202 lbs & benches 425 lbs = 2.10 times his body weight

Trent: weighs 220 lbs & benches 475 lbs = 2.16 times his body weight

Squat:

Ford: weighs 202 lbs & squats 510 lbs = 2.53 times his body weight

Trent: weighs 220 lbs & benches 600 lbs = 2.73 times his body weight

But yeah...you are right...Ford is "is waaaaay stronger" than Trent Richardson

They both have gorilla strength. Trent's arms are so long, he looks like he can scratch his knee caps without bending over. He's built for football. An impressive specimen who I think will have a good NFL career.

Pound for pound they're about equal. Who fricking cares, though? They're both workout warriors.

So you have made a point that TR is stronger than MF. Does that mean that MF is not strong at all?

Can you outlift him? Or tackle him?

He's stronger, faster, etc. than many on their keyboards talking about who's stronger than he is.

Big deal.

Glad we've got them both. Everything else to distinguish them now is about the want.

But apparently Ford's 'rant posse' isn't very intelligent so points to Trent.

Trent plays for Bama. frick Bama. Michael Ford therefore is superior in every way not previously determined in this thread.

A ha! So you are admitting that you can't outlift him, then?

Let's stop with the "R" word. Mentally challenged people wouldn't say a bunch of stuff that has been said in this thread. They would have thought first.

Hell, according to LSU's bullshite media release last spring, Drake Nevis tied the school record at only 374

I'd like to introduce Mr. Andolsek who for shits and giggles cleaned 405 on Channel 2 LIVE in 1986.....maxed out at 450. Fact.

It amazes me how wrong people are on the "school records".

BTW, Victor Jones benched 435, squated 605 and deadlifted north of 700 lbs in 1989 at around the same weight. Guy was a battering ram.

ETA: There used to be a publication known as "Bigger, Faster, Stronger Magazine" in the 80's and both Eric and Victor were consistently on the All American Strength teams.......AND, Tommy Moffitt was no where around, only Milt and Ninj.

There was a GA referred to as Ninj.....never Ninja. It was tongue in cheek. While he was the brunt of jokes for a while, he's actually a damn good guy.

My favorite stat about Ford is => Sophmore.

Richardson is a Junior...and a beast. Give Ford one more year to catch up...in the weight room.

I would rather see Ford beat Richardson's stats on the football field.

actually, i'm pretty sure a smaller, more compact physique has the advantage. Yet, TR somehow overcomes this in the ratio numbers. Impressive.

Have you tried wearing glasses before reading the results?

Ford was RD, Trent was not. They are from the same HS graduating class. Good try though.
