Is he still enrolled at LSU? He was a promising young & versatile talent, IMO. He played well at FB and we had a need there at the time. However, with the emergence of JD Moore, he might be a good option at LB'er? His High SChool coaches felt like he could play anywhere we needed him to play. He has the body type, to gain or loose weight, and play a number of positions (listed at 6'2" 258 lbs.)
Hope he gets his stuff together, he's a player that can only help us at either position. At the very least, he could contribute on ST. Even if he were to stick with being a FB, it might allow others (Feist, Ducre, Mouton) to tryout at LB'er? He would at least take pressure off of the need at FB.
Thoughts?

I'd love to see him back blowing holes open and dropping passes in the flat on key drives. What we have after JD Moore was pretty pathetic.

He is in Lake Charles. His GF had a baby. He chased love instead of football. Might have been reason for grade issue.

My guess is we've heard the last of him.
Doesn't seem to be much on the Rashard Robinson deal either, doubt we see him back.
