There is no difference between SEC WRs and any other conference WRs.

Holy sheeeet! Never thought of that, but wow that's a group of big LBs that can move.

Sure. SEC receivers = SWAC receivers.

Some of the best NFL receivers come from small schools. Including the best one of all time who played for a SWAC school. The best current receiver played on a flexbone option team.

Name a receiver within the last ten years drafted from the SWAC. No cheating.

Quinn Johnson and JC Copeland weren't walk ons. And the position switch would occur next season once you have the 2014 class signed. IMO Garrett is a better MLB prospect than MJ and Kwon is pretty much guaranteed a starting spot until he enters the draft. I'm hoping Beckwith plays 3 years at strongside backer.

Here is a photo from last weeks camp, LSU players doing some S&C work. Beckwith, Neal and M. Jones.

Learn how to read first. I said small schools, that doesn't just mean SWAC. But yeah Jerry Rice played for a SWAC school. Justin Vincent for Northern Colorado. Colston at Hofstra, and many others.

You're seriously an idiot if you think the competition at LSU camps is lacking. Every single year the camps are stacked.

But yeah we should totally move Jones to FB even though we have no need for it. You really changed my mind. I hope Chavis is online right now so he could read this. Please send him an email or something. He needs to know

Dude just stop. Moving a 6'5 MLB to play fullback is awful idea. If you said Lamar Louis, even Ronnie Feist I could see it. But a 6'5 guy who's athleticism earned him a scholly as a linebacker. Look at our other fullbacks, Quinn was the tallest and he was MAYBE 6'2. You want your fullback to be a small bowling ball. I have no idea who will play FB next year, but I have a feeling Chavis would be pissed if they moved Jones to fullback right now. Maybe in a couple years and he's not making any progress...but the dude came in to compete at linebacker.

Hell, why don't you say Beckwith should move? What about Neal? He's undersized for a DE. Why did you pick Jones?

Nah. But he's probably a legit 6'3. Dude is big and really fast. If for some reason he doesn't work out at MLB. He'll either end up at OLB or D line. Loads of potential.

A few years from now were going to look at the 2013 and 2014 classes as the best back to back arguably ever at LSU.

Well I guess the rumors that Melvin Jones is weighing 275 are completely false. He looks like he is in pretty good shape there. Definitely not 275

I doubt Chavis would let go of a 6'3 245 LB who runs a legit 4.6 and can cover recievers.

Yeah I know about Melvin. Can do alot of things. lsubutt was just calling him 6'5. If he was 6'5 he would not be playing LB.
