I've always said that as well, as a Saints fan, but as an LSU fan 1st, I'm changing my mind. The Cowboys don't seem to be against bringing in our Tigers unlike those idiot scouts in NO.

I actually understand this. I imagine that some LSU fans could get pretty vocal when the Saints had to cut, trade, or waive some past LSU great, which inevitably they would have to do.
If you're Saints management and choosing between two players for a position of need, I could understand saving yourself some headaches and picking the non-LSU player over the LSU player.
Of course, I'd love to see LSU players in the Dome on Sundays, but I get it.

Flynn looked really good his last game with The Jets. He should pick up at a high level. This is his last chance, I'm afraid, if he doesn't get this gig.

The thing I don't get is, what LSU players have they given a shot, besides Gay? It's as if they deliberately stay away. LSU puts explosive defensive players, RBs and WRs in the league. All elements the Saints need desperately, yet they cannot scout or get these quality players that would not only make them better, but add to the community. It's lunacy

I will never understand them not trying to get Tyrann Mathieu, Patrick Peterson, and especially L. Collins this year. What idiots.
