Does anybody get the feeling that cbs will get another prime time game for this espn lsu vs South Carolina at 2:30. Lsu and Texas am might both still be highly ranked and have the fournette angle and John chavis returning to lsu. It could be a double header with bama vs auburn at 2:30 then our game after. From what herb Vincent said on mascona' radio show he wouldn't say but I got that kind of vibe from him. If that does happen it would be sweet and I hope that is the game Leonard fournette goes over 300 yards rushing and we run up the score on chavis and sumlin at night in Death Valley to be the sec west champs.

If it's for the west, that's probably the concession ESPN agreed to.

I am hoping it's a night game in Tiger Stadium.

I don't mind a day game in late November, TBH. Sitting in the sun for a ball game can be pleasant that time of year. And if everything is on the line, shame on us if we can't get fired up for it regardless of the time.

If bama auburn play at 2 and CBS gets that game and the lsu game after, the lsu game would kick off at like 730. So what's the problem?

I think LSU-Ole Miss is more likely to be a CBS night game if that is what ESPN conceded. They will both be undefeated or only 1 loss combined (that being LSU to Bama, assuming LSU takes care of Florida). That is the game where the west is likely on the line.
ummmmmmmm......you realize there is absolutely no way both LSU and Ole Miss will be undefeated when meet right? It's like some of you don't even watch football outside of LSU games.

LSU will likely be at the afternoon slot on CBS

No way they pick up the iron bowl unless A&M shits the bed and auburn fields a new team

I've thought about that.

Also, did CBS ever "repay" ESPN for the second night slot in 2011 when they picked up LSU vs Bama? If not, I thought this might be ESPN calling in their return favor.

Of course, knowing LSU's luck, CBS will get a second night game, which will be the iron bowl and LSU-Aggy will be at 230 pm.

Dude they had the Iron Bowl in 2012 when Auburn had 7 conference losses.
