Last time I saw Benji, he was working up in Atl. I met up with him and his brother at a rest. Those two asked me 10 questions before I could answer the first one.

One thing I do recall in the student section after the game that NOBODY would leave the stadium and that both teams got a rousing ovation from the crowd. Although we were all steamed about the officiating, we knew that we had just seen one of the best football games ever in our lives. I am 50 now, and I still consider it the best game I have ever witnessed. My ears and voice didn't get back to normal for a week!! My girlfriend (now my wife) even cried afterwards. I think we were all so mentally exhausted! We all lined up around the USC bus as they entered the stadium and Tigerbaited the players. There was also the giant condom hanging over the student gate at the stadium entrance with a sign saying "Bust the Trojans!". Man, what a game!!
