It's a good stat.
It still irks me a bit to know that Miles is likely convinced this is the principal reason we are 3-0.

Way to go....sooo next time when Latz' is pitching w/ 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th..we will know that your the douche bag that is gonna say "Ya know, he's pitching a no hitter. ..right?"

It's a good stat..
From what I can tell we had 3 turnovers through the first 3 games last year which only resulted in 7 points for opponents (and a 3-0 start for us) so it doesn't seem THAT important.. but I'd much rather not be turning the ball over. Did Fournette ever fumble last year? I don't remember.. It seems he could toss the ball to the oncoming DB, and cause a fumble easier than losing the ball.

Turnovers are one of the most important stat in winning a football game.
teams that win the turnover battle win 90% of the time.

Fournette fumbled at the goal line against Ole Miss last year. Don't recall any others.
