Why does this bother you so much?
You do realize that we went 8-5 last year and were not in the playoff consideration.
You do realize that Vegas has a fairly sizable line in favor of Bama
You do realize that until a few weeks ago, our passing game was very questionable and it's fair to ask whether we can have success on the road since we have only played two road games all season and we played Florida at home.
You do realize that Alabama's front 7 are all future NFL draft picks and could pose a challenge.
You do realize that nothing written today will matter once the game is over.
The media gives the benefit of the doubt to teams that regularly win. LSU has been second fiddle for several years now to Bama. I'm not saying you have to like it but you have to accept it and quit demanding respect. Our team has to go claim respect on Saturday night. And there is nothing you or I can do about it. It's up to the coaches and the players.

Keys to having the media like us more in this game:
1) Beat Alabama
2) Don't send a kickoff out of bounds with about a minute to go
3) Beat Alabama
4) Don't allow your opponent a short field after a kick off where you took the lead...see #2
5) Keep your opponent away from the sidelines when you are up and they have no time outs with under a minute left.
6) and for the referees....find the head referees home address and advertise it....or
7) Beat Bama
Do #'s 1,3,&7 and you will shut up, the NY Post, ESPN, that worm, Finebaum as well as the other hairless wonder , Dennis Dodd, et al. Do 2, 4,5 & 6 and you will accomplish 1,3& 7. Simple.
