Va tech. Wasnt that the year their qb was a lil too over confident for his own good. Got himself embarrassed some.

I don't think so. They had a crap QB they were expecting to use, and Tyrod Taylor was to redshirt for the year. Well, by the 3rd quarter, he lost his job, and Tyrod lost his redshirt.
ETA: Sean Glennon was the QB to start the game.
But the starter was far from confident or cocky. I was living in Richmond at the time, and IIRC they were hoping to make it through the year without burning Tryrod's redshirt.

While I loved the 07 V Tech mud stomp, the Ole Miss mercy knee was the best. We're up 52-3, They put Mett in and he RUNS 25 yards (on not a designed play) to the one yard line. Miles hates that so much that he has us take a knee four times. This is literally one year after we struggle to beat them 43-36.
They had been a pain in our backside since 2008 losing 2 of the last 3. Felt good to put em in their place.

Miami-05, during and after the game.

All I know is that leaving the stadium after the VT game I said to my udder, "if we stay healthy nobody stands a chance"
I felt like we were invincible after that game.

Arizona 06:
We concussed two qb's, and their AD said something after the game that went like "i don't know what we were thinking about playing LSU in Baton Rouge, but we will never do it again." Laron was a beast in that game

Both Arizona games, at their place and at home.
@ Tucson first game of the year 2003...we were ahead of Arizona 52 - 0 early in the 4Q. This is where we first knew how good of a season we had in store for the future national champs!
Box Score Sep 6, 2003 vs Arizona @ Tucson

Va. Tech in '07 and it's not even close. That Hokie team finished 3rd in the final BCS Poll. Tech came into TS ranked #9 in the country....total yards LSU-598...V-Tech-149.

I would have to officially vote for the Va Tech game.
I could argue for the game against the ducks in Jerry's world. The final score does not due justice to the difference in that game especially considering how hyped Oregon was coming in.
They were supposed to have the fastest, baddest, most prolific offense ever and the Tiger D was faster and badder.

This.
I would also suggest TAMU from this past year. Their offense was fantastic last year and we stomped the shite out of them. Especially after doing the same in '12, they should have been out for blood against us.
That being said we did absolutely crush VT in '07. And they ended up 3rd in the final rankings I think someone else said?

That was a great win on the national stage for sure. I would have to say the beat down we gave brady quinn and notre dame was in the top 3 for me. It was great to to beat them down throughout the entire game and on a national stage like the sugar bowl.

I don't know why people are mentioning Ole Miss 2011. Ole Miss was total dogshit that year. Everyone beat the crap out of them. They were practically a 1-AA team. We should have beat the crap out of them. Va Tech 07 was so much more impressive and unexpected.

DA U in 05, we beat their arse on the field, we beat them up in the tunnel and we ended the most dominant program in the country at the time
