All that with a backup QB suffering a high ankle sprain

Just think how bad it would have been had we actually lost the starting QB. Or even the top 2 QBs like Ohio St did. It absolutely devastated their team, specifically because their coaches DO NOT know what they are doing

Well maybe if the prized recruit of the 2012 class wouldn't have under gone a major breast reduction before he was supposed to arrive on campus, this wouldn’t have been an issue. Just like others pointed the situation where RP's issues caused Lee & Jefferson to play sooner, Kiel's showing up forced an inexperienced Jennings to have to play last season. If Kiel would have come to Baton Rouge, he probably starts last season as a redshirt sophomore with Jennings as the backup. Harris would have been able to be redshirted without any pressure to have to play right away.

With 2 WRs; 2 RBs; 2 QBs with no experience at all & the DL depleted by early departures and inexperience at the LB position (and a malcontent for a Defensive Coordinator & DL coach) you expected what exactly?

LF said things did not start clicking for him until the UF game and did not grasp the blocking schemes until the ND Game...

I did not see much about in this thread but Harris said in his interview yesterday that he did not know all the plays and others had to correct him on the calls...

Sure not what we all thought during the season last year!
