Given a new HC in Trent Johnson, coming off a bad year, and most importantly with three solid returnees in Taz, Thornton, and Johnson, amongst others..

Call it good publicity, gets your name out there, and let's hope it helps get Coach Johnson off to a running start at LSU in helping sell the program to recruits and fans.

I think that most Tiger fans would be pleasantly surprised to win 20+ games this coming year.

you don't think chris johnson has the potential to be one of the top 5 players in the conference this year? on paper, this looks like a real down year for the sec.

maybe that's why we are #39 pre-season
right now, i'd put CJ ahead of tasmin due to tasmin's injury...the scouts are drooling over CJ's raw potential

i mean who else is projected to be drafted despite having a career ppg of less than 10 points
LINK

thorton is also projected to be drafted...that's 2 NBA players on your team plus veteran gtemple & solid tasmin mitchell....we need one of many players to step up & become a legit 5th man whether that's terry martin, alex farrer, garrett green, etc.

i like this team

Not going to miss a Final Four, a Sweet 16 appearance, 2 SEC championships and 3 SEC West titles in a 7 year span?

Should we assume we are about to enter the greatest era of LSU basketball history?

I sure hope so.
