Saw a comment about Breaux transferring. I see him trying to beat out Cabrera for an outfield spot. If he doesn't think he can, I hate to say it but if he wants to play, he might make a move. But who knows.

There are a lot of updates to that original list but I don't remember all of them off hand.
Brandt Broussard is playing on the Danville Dans with Templet, Doolittle, and Webre.
Blair Frederick is pitching in the California Summer League for a team associated with the MLB Urban Youth Academy. He's struck out 8 and walked 1 in 5.1 innings.
Hal Hughes is playing in the Futures League for the Pittsfield Suns.

He was just ineffective. We didn't really go deep into the bullpen anyway, so it's unlikely he would have had a chance to throw in the past month anyway.
He's at a good place for development this summer. Hopefully he can gain some control heading into the fall.

Could someone with knowledge of the summer leagues explain exactly how these work ?
Do the players get expense money ?
Do they travel on their own ?
Housing arrangements?
Do they have part time jobs ?
Just curious

Dawson played at Chipola JC this past season and then committed to Kentucky. Wofford went to Chipola too and was drafted in the 14th rd by the Reds.
Not sure what happened to McKay, even though he left the team he is still listed on the LSU roster, which is weird because they even took Alden Cartwright off after he called it quits.
