Looks like Will Reese and Nick Bush were added to the roster of the St Cloud Rox in the Northwoods league.

The only guys I'm still trying to find are Beck and a few of the incoming JUCO guys.

Did Breaux play in the Cape league last year too?

Interested to see what's the deal with McCabe too. He's highly ranked by PG but doesn't have much info on him

Breaux played in the Cape last summer. I just checked the roster he was on again and saw he's no longer listed. I'm now trying to track down Beck, Breaux, Peterson on the current roster and Feduccia, Petersen, and Sanders the incoming JUCOs.

I don't see Frederick listed on the Dock Spiders roster any longer.

And per someone close to Taylor Petersen in the recruiting thread, he will not be playing summer ball ahead of arriving at LSU in the fall.

Now trying to find Frederick, Beck, Breaux, Peterson, Feduccia, and Sanders.

ETA: Andrew Bechtold is not listed on the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters roster as he previously was either.

I'd like to make that trip. I know that I will absolutely have to pair it up with breweries (obviously I enjoy the breweries, but that would make it a much easier sell for the ole lady).

I hope in the future we can get some LSU guys on the Kalamazoo Growlers in the Northwoods league. I'd love to go back to Bell's and Dark Horse.

I am going to be in Nantucket late July early August- I might try and take a ferry over to check it out.

I always wanted to see it, but not being a big baseball guy I wonder if I get underwhelmed quickly.

Still should be cool I guess.

Cool, thanks.

For those interested in following the box scores, the Prospect League starts play tonight. Chris Reid obviously won't be there but Mason Templet, Mason Doolittle, and Nick Webre are scheduled to play for Danville this summer.

Hopefully we'll see them in action sooner rather than later.

NICE to see all around. Many pos's will be up for grabs next season. These guys should get ample reps at the pos's they will compete for in the Fall.

Didn't see Smith on the list. Summer ball at SS will have him ready to take over.

He's playing for Harwich in the Cape League. I assume he'll be playing SS as often as possible. Not sure who else they have on their roster.

Thx. I think he is going to have a .300 plus BA next season and really lock down SS.

I just found incoming Freshman Hal Hughes on a Futures League roster. The season for that league starts tomorrow. Not sure if he's there yet though.

Found some early stats:

Hal Hughes(Pittsfield)- 5 games played. 0-10 4 BBs 1 RBI

Mason Templet(Danville)- 5 games played. 5-20 2-2b's, 3 RBI

Nick Webre(Danville)- 1 game played. 1-4, 1b, 2 RBI.

Didn't see any stats on Doolittle so I'm guessing he hasn't gotten to Danville yet??

Looks like the league that Cabrerra and Pearson are in starts tonight.

Doolittle just finished up his HS season on Saturday, so he isn't up there yet.

Hunter Feduccia is playing for the Rockford Rivets in the Northwoods league.

Also, I saw that Matthew Beck and Todd Peterson will be on the Brewster Whitecaps in the Cape.

To my knowledge there are no other guys currently playing anywhere other than the ones already listed. Cabrera and Pearson's team had a pre-season game that doesn't count towards their official stats, but I saw Cabrera was 4-4 in that game. Pearson didn't play.

ETA: Some of the info in my OP is now outdated. Still looking for where some guys are going to land for the summer. And Brandon McCabe is no longer in the recruiting class (or in his summer league, but who cares about that now).

Any chance Breaux transfers?

There is always a chance someone leaves, but I'd rather not speculate on attrition not related to the draft.

My wife and I have gone to Madison Mallards games each of the last two seasons. Excellent atmosphere, a couple thousand fans on weekends. There is great in between innings entertainment for the kids and their concessions are out of this world. Great Wisconsin classics and a local brewery makes all of the beers on tap.

Madison itself happens to be an awesome town in summer. I would highly recommend a visit.

My wife and I were in Madison 2 years ago and went to a Mallards game to watch Grayson Byrd play. I couldn't agree with you more. Awesome town and awesome baseball atmosphere. You can't beat Wisconsin in the summer.
