dude, kansas probably has the second best all time team out of everyone (behind ucla).

pg - jojo white / jacque vaughn (weakest position)
sg - paul pierce (not a true guard but this would be a tall team)
sf - danny manning (more of a 4, but he'd start here with the guys down low)
pf - raef lafrentz(two time all american and 2 time player of year)
c - wilt chamberlain (enough said)

bench - clyde lovellete, darnell valentine, nick collison, drew gooden, kirk hinrich

this team is deeper than lsu's and would crush most teams down low (both forwards and the center were better than shaq in college). extremely athletic and could keep up with everyone.

kansas would put a beating on that team as would unc, lsu, and ucla.

i agree they aren't the best. everyone was mentioning duke and no one made a roster. if it wasn't for players leaving early they would have been a lot deeper.

pippen led the bulls to 55 wins the year michael left

he was pretty great regardless

And Worthy averaged 21, 21 and 20 the three years after Kareem retired, including another trip to the finals. Besides Magic, what other truly great players were on those teams?

Bottom line, Worthy and Pippen were both pretty great regardless.

Georgetown

Add Sleepy Floyd to the guards. Dude was one solid guard.

Maryland

Steve Francis
Len Elmore
Len Bias (God rest his soul)
Joe Smith
Juan Dixon
Albert King
John Lucas
Buck Williams
Walt Williams
Gene Shue (Player/Coach)

That's a formidable NBA team.

UNC

Vince Carter
Michael Jordan
Billy Cunningham
Walter Davis
Brad Daugherty
Hubert Davis
Phil Ford
Rick Fox
Antawn Jamison
Bobby Jones
Mitch Kupchak
Bob McAdoo
Sam Perkins
Kenny Smith
Jerry Stackhouse
Rasheed Wallace
James Worthy

They could field two squads and still whip up on just about anybody.

As I am a Buckeye thought I'd list them.

John Havlicek
Jerry Lucas
Herb Williams
Greg Oden
Jim Jackson
Clark Kellogg
Michael Redd

So North Carolina basically has four starting fives. Take your pick, they'll still beat about any other team someone can come up with.

who do u think he was better then? Perkins or Tyler?

Both! And by a lot. You must not have seen James Worthy play. The Lakers and NC could always count on James Worthy.

And also, you have no point guard. You should probably have a point guard on your all-time team.

Know much about basketball? Apparently not.

McAdoo, Rasheed Wallace and Daugherty would do just fine. Add MJ, VC, Walter Davis and Bobby Jones and it's game, set and match to Carolina. All-time Carolina has way, way too much depth for all-time Kansas. Not even close.

I think at the end of the day, LSU, UCLA, and UNC put together the best starting fives. And I believe LSU wins.
