Be ready for shared workload and another 1000yd season. He will never get enough carries for a real chance at the heisman. His only chance is if he blows up on kickoff returns and takes it to the house about five times.

100% accurate. However, Miles has never had a running back as a true freshman do what LF7 did so this might be an anomaly.

Chavis. We couldn't get off the field on 3rd or 4th down .

If you think the coaching staff will give him the opportunity to win the heisman you are delusional. What makes you think that the offensive mindset of running 3 or 4 backs will change. Is he talented yes. Is he the most talented player on the roster quite possible. Will he win the heisman or even be a finalist. The answer is obviously probably not. That's not being negative it's simply realistic. Also who care if he does or doesn't last time I checked football is a team sport and individual accolades mean nothing. Winning games is all that matters. Here's to LF7 leading us to a national title.

We as fans should be focused on winning the SEC West and not on fournettes Heisman chances.
I'm quite sure whatever any fan focuses on has no effect whatsoever on what happens on the field.

I dont get this shite. Fournette has shown NOTHING to indicate that he's capable of winning a Heisman Trophy. If Gurley and Melvin Gordon didnt win the Heisman, then how can anyone just assume or even consider that Fournette can win it? He runs high, lacks vision, and hasnt shown anywhere near the burst that Hill had.

I know I'll get flamed, but I tend to agree. Don't get me wrong, LF is a good combination of size and speed, but he's not exceptional at this point. Basically interchangeable with Darrell Williams. He had a few really good runs this year, but most of his carries were meh.

I hope he develops and turns into what we all hope he can be, but right now, he's good, not great.

I think people need to trust CLM more.

He has never coached a kid of his magnitude on offense. I would say PP7 was his best player to date defensively.

He screws up this one, he is saying to the world that he can't coach even when a kid is stupid talented.

What? He has turned 2 3star defensive players into Thorpe (mo) and bednarik (tm7)award winners.

He has a top 5 alltime win% in sec history and the #1 ooc win % in sec history. Anyone questioning if miles is a good coach is fricking stupid.

You might be right. I really like the way LSU rotates all their players. It's not just about stats and individual accolades, its about preparing these guys for the NFL, which includes not wearing them down so much, just to gain some personal stats, which also teach's Humility and Team workmanship. That's why we have such successful players in the NFL. Look at WR's from LSU, they didn't play with the best QB's, but they learned their position well from running routes, catching the ball, blocking down field for screens, running plays, etc. Very well rounded football education. LSU does not burn out their players.
