Fans don't want to put forth any effort to support their team, but when the team doesn't win by 50, they get their panties in a wad. Does not compute.
Our fan base has gotten selfish and whiney.

The Aggie poster said they had a wide ranging committee work on their problem. That could be a start if the admin was concerned but I don't think they care.
The biggest problem is we are spoiled and have to be politically correct. You can't have the luxuries of home in a stadium.
Ticket prices...I by far am not wealthy yet I buy 4 season tickets a year. How? I sit in the East Upper deck. Guess what? No TAF fee. Yeah, you read that right, my seats don't require a TAF fee! And I fill all 4 seats for every game. And people that go with me know they are seeing 00:00 on the clock...for all games. Yeah, I sit up high but I've got a great view of the field and can see everything.
But that doesn't mean I'd like to see some changes.
First thing, like everyone else, get rid of the DJ and let the band and students play.
Second, no neutral site games. We only have 6 home games this season. If we are going to give up a home game, make it home and home. I'd travel to BYU for the experience.
Third, replace the north end zone scoreboard. I get it we need and are going to have the corporate names there but make it much larger and it can house a bigger, better screen and still have room for ads.
Next, concessions...they suck and are over priced.
Lastly, make it easier for students to go and get in. Scan id's. When the student section is filled, turn them away.

1. We don't need a 100K+ stadium. Make every seat a chairback and make them wider. You can't assume everyone in the stadium is a 5'3" 90lb woman.
2. Wifi and cell signal need to improve and be reliable. Imagine if you put a USB charger on the back of every seat, and wifi was reliable, and you could use your phone the entire game without it dying. You could watch whatever game you want on your phone while at the game using WatchESPN or FoxSPortsgo apps.
3. need to show more of what's going on around the country on the big screens during timeouts and halftime. The big screen should be split into 4 games during the entire halftime.
4. quit charging for parking, or, if you're going to charge for parking all the way by the river, then create something transport fans quicker and easier to the stadium, something like the walkways in airports.
5. figure out the traffic situation after games.
6. sell beer.
7. football games shouldn't be 4 hours long. This is a problem with NFL and College. Find other ways to advertise. no one watches commercials anyway. hell i'm to the point where i don't care about watching most football games on tv anymore b/c i'm not devoting 4 hours of my life to a game that i don't really care that much about. Americans have short attention spans now a days. If you can't keep us entertained, then we'll find something else to go do. If a guy gets his hand injured, tell him to get his arse up and get off the field and keep the game moving. The second anyone is even hinted at being hurt, they go straight to a commercial. There should be a rule that states you can't have tv timeouts within at least 10 minutes of each other. Baseball did things to speed up games. Football needs to as well.

I will tailgate and leave. It's not worth it for me to spend 70 plus on tickets just to see no replays, sweat, pay out the arse for concessions, not be able to purchase beer, all while watching a frankly brutal product.
If LSU isn't going to compete for championships, can we atleast get a fun spread offense and score points?

You want a REAL answer.
I would stay to the end for EVERY single game even if LSU was the worst team in the country. I would stay to the end if LSU was losing by 50 points.
But I have been supporting this team for 42 years, and the LSU and its politics and money grabbing have ruined everything.
So now the answer.
Push the buses out to the outer banks of campus, give the closer areas around the stadium back to the general public, (shite tailgating is for the fans and visitors, not for the money). Get rid of contra flow, we survived many years without it, we can still survive without it again. Bring competitive food vendors into the stadium (shite LSU gets a % on everything anyway).
Most of all, increase the shuttle service from parking to the stadium, would hurt to add a few more shuttles.

I totally agree with this. I went to the Clemson vs Boston College game this weekend. It was completely dead in the stadium and the fans were so annoyed how "blah" the stadium was. They feel the fans are starting to get spoiled and should beat every team by 50. However, one thing that allowed the stadium to be full the entire game is that you could leave the stadium and go have a drink then return back to your seats.

Dwindling attendance is becoming an issue for most live sporting events (NFL, MLB etc) as we all have more time demands and watching options. Not just an LSU problem. But it might seem more dramatic for us given our past reputation and how we (and TV announcers, etc) keep bragging about it.

Bruh, 2 winning seasons for 'Cuse in 10-15 years is a rent-a-win.

Replays. Show replays. We are at the game and know less than every person who is watching it at home. Some guy in front of me was watching the game/replays on his cell phone IN the freaking stadium. That says a lot. Get rid of all cupcake games. Screw parking fees. Do this and ticket prices/TAF are worth the cost.

That is the reason most fans with kids leave early as well, you either leave at half where you can listen on the way home, or you stay and know you will be leaving as soon as the fourth quarter starts to get kids home to rest.
You go to the newer stadiums and there are places to take kids to break it up for them, while Mom and Dad can still watch games on millions of TVs..Tiger Stadium is way past its prime in that regard.

1. TS is too old to wire every seat.
2. Cell service has improved through their deployment of a cellular DAS but wifi would require almost $10M to provide a similar level of coverage
3. agreed
4. LSU Campus charges for parking to offset cleaning up after tailgaters. It definitely needs to be cheaper though as I am sure they are making bank charging $45 car
5. Closing certain streets on campus to traffic entirely would solve the issues with getting off campus faster.
6. AMEN
7. 12 minute quarters, automatic 1pt PATS with a choice of going for 2pts would help make the game faster and safer. NFL just instituted a "no doubledipping" to commercials before and after kickoff to speed the games along.
