Well, if I was a fan of another SECw team, I'd pray Miles stayed at LSU too.

So a bunch of people who only see the quirky old guy who eats grass and talks about kissing girls on the mouth are disappointed he is getting let go. Color me shocked...

You don't think they may have a slight bias? Kind of like Republicans giving advice to Democrats, or vice versa?

#FireLesMiles would be LSU fans. Just do a search for Les Miles and read for yourself, or don't. Just post some BS and get your post count up. The higher your post count the more we know your self esteem is tied to the Tiger football team success/failure so no doubt how you feel about all this.

You opposing fans disagree with LSU's moves??? I'm shocked.

If we keep him they laugh at us. If we let him go they shame us.

Quick! Get Alleva on the phone!!!!! The non LSU fans have spoken! We need more mediocrity in the bayou!!!! Those pesky LSU fans are just being senseless in wanting a team that can compete with and beat Alabama or, GOD forbid an Arkansas team that lost to Toledo! You just saved us from almost correcting ourselves! We will OWN the independence bowl or, dare I mention, the famous "Idaho potato bowl"!! Why are some people scared of change?

Here is a little newsflash for you.

The fans are not the ones firing Les.

If that's the case, why have only Michigan and Arkansas shown interest in Miles? There have surely been many openings at places across America in the previous years and I've never even heard fans of other schools seriously wanting Miles as their top choice.

First of all not every school looking for a HC announce who they are interested in publicly. Also what other school besides Michigan (Miles alma mater) would think that Miles would even consider leaving LSU to coach?

Like him or not I promise you that if CLM is fired / steps down and doesn't retire he will absolutely be a candidate at a lot of schools who need a HC (at the top of several lists). It wouldn't surprise me to see him end up at another SEC school - USCe or Mizzou?

That's funny, I've always hated douchbags like yourself who are fans of the coach instead of the program.

Guess you can cheer for him if he coaches somewhere else.

LSU fans actually watch LSU play in depth. We have sat through years of stagnant offense, false starts, delay of games, prevent defense losing games, horrible assistant coach hires, and a man that just can NOT take his finger off of the offense. People that say it's a bad move, do they have any evidence to back up that claim?

Pretty solid comment. I'd welcome those same folks to sit down and watch the Syracuse game from this year.

Also every fan base with current opening asking that their school hire miles.

I will bet that changes once he starts calling Time Outs for "their" team.
