How about not telegraphing obvious run plays when you have Quinn and Diarse in the line-up to block.

Do not want a spread offense. I just want to see a LSU qb complete slants, screens, etc and also to not look confused. I know that's asking a lot with a Les Miles coached offense but that's really all I would like to see.

I feel like ive read this thread on this board before.

Oh, that's right. There's been a thread calling Les a liar, running through the same problems, repeating the same comments over and over again for at least a month straight now.

We should just run trick plays.

If Miles adapts some spread offense concepts, we'll get dominated!

We lost to Bama, primarily, in the trenches, our O-line got dominated that night - embarrassingly.

Our run struggle against Ark and Ole Miss was due to poor TE and FB play.

What two positions separate spread O from pro-style O??? You got it, TE and FB.

If we incorporated a spread O, Les would STILL try to run the ball I-formation and we would get clobbered. Just like in the Ark and Ole Miss game.

HOWEVER, I wouldn't mind a lighter, more athletic TE (hint: Jacory Washington) for some plays to run spread/pro-style hybrid formations...

He'll look at them and then laugh and go back to running the program into the ground

Well, I think Les is likely gone had he lost the tamu game. Fisher comes to BR and secures the future of the program for the next 5-10 years.

Now LSU has a guy coaching for his job next season with an offensive coordinator who can't call plays, recruit, or develop quarterbacks.

So yes, I'd rather see LSU fail short term if it means Miles is gone.

I don't want this staff trying to coach the spread. They don't know how.

He will "look" at them and wonder why they aren't running the I formation

Oh lord, here we go with this nonsense again. You people are insufferable.

No one gives two shits who the coach is if he's successful. I don't care if they have we have Michael J Fox out there drawing up zig zag routes if they work and the offense is consistently efficient and successful.

Your honesty is refreshing.
Your judgement however is suspect.

These quotes will be the theme for the upcoming off season, through spring and summer right up to the first game.

Until I see something different on the field in the Fall, I expect Miles to continue to run a variation of what he has run since he has been at LSU, and that Harris will be the starting QB Fall 2016.

I like Les as a person, but I dont believe anything he says as a head coach, nor do I believe he has any ability to improve or change his coaching philosophy.

What sig line should you nega-Tigers be forced to use when LSU doesn't lose 4 games next year?

Same as you.

Les should look no further than what Dan Enos is doing at Arkansas. They're the perfect blend of a power run game with the ability to spread the ball out
