Not that odd. He isn’t in the mix. He is on the roster. That’s about it.

False! Brossette got stuck behind two great RB's!

He will likely have 20-30 rushes on the season.

He is a good player and has been in the weight program 4 years so will likely have some less than meaningful carries throughout the year to kill clock.

He isn’t his brother but he is a talented player. Definitely could have went to a mid major and competed to start.

Lanard Fournette 2,000 Yards this year, future draft pick of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Nick just isn't that good. Seems like a good kid and hard worker, but he's been overrated since high school.

CEH and Curry will dominate the carry count this year.

It's not like he's been given a whole lot of opportunity to date. He started his career coming off an ACL injury and behind two all-American caliber backs in Fournette and Guice. Maybe you're right and maybe he has been overrated, but I'd say he's way more in the "TBD" category than "overrated" category at this point. He has less than 50 carries over three years and averages just under 7 yards a pop. We shall see if he gets a larger role this season and if he's able to show us anything with it.

It was worth it!

Ok, surely you don't spend 3 years practiceing your position and not develop physically to to have a meh... season .

So was Darrel Williams but he was good enough to get on the field.

Brossett was ranked #121 in nation and #12 RB out of high school. Guice was ranked #96 in the nation and #9 RB the same year in 2015. Why all the hate for Brossett? He was behind 2 All Americans since he has been here plus Darrell Williams!

Does his jersey this year just get to say Fournette on it? Instead of La. Fournette?

I truly think that set him back big time. Never seemed to be the same back after that.

I expect him to transfer out so that his scholarship can go to someone who will actually contribute to the team.

Thats objectively false.

I really hope Brosette proves some doubters wrong, but ACL tears are a motherfricker to come back from.

From what I saw in last scrimmage, Lanard deserved the number 2 role behind CEH. Kid gets the low center of gravity and becomes hidden behind the big uglies. Good leg drive as well from what I remember. Maybe things change with Provens and Curry on board, maybe not

He would have been a walk on at best if not for his brother.
