When that fat windbag kills our offense while TAMU puts up 24 on the board, you won't like it.

Win or lose, I'm enjoying the fact this is distracting him-to at least a small degree-from fixing that shite defense and hitting the recruiting trail.

[quote]This is a Louisiana contract dispute. The parties are a La public university and a former employee who was a Louisiana domicilary. The former employee attempted to forum shop and filed suit first in Texas in an attempt to gain a favorable forum. Texas AM is in the suit in an attempt to have some validity to having the case heard in Texas.

This.

With this being a contract dispute, it's usually pretty clear the venue flows where the contract originates. (Louisiana)

Obviously, they tried to determine venue by filing in texas and naming texas a&m. I don't see how they get around the fact the contract is a Louisiana contract, therefore, Louisiana is proper venue to hear the dispute.

Chavis was great against the spread and horrible against the pro style offense anyways. If anything I like LSU's chances against him

He's speed over size in his front 7, and our stable of punishing backs and massive line lick their chops at that style any day
