I'm not saying it's a possibility, but I would think one of the parties (either his or LSU) would certainly entertain the idea. I know he makes a ton of money on TV, but would tiger fans still want him? Everyone seems to be all over Herman who is new to the game... where's the love for gruden this time around?

I would love it. But pretty sure he's making over 10 mil at ESPN. So I doubt he leaves that

has Gruden ever legitimately been even an outside candidate for ANY college job ever?

If Gruden hasn't returned to coaching by now, he's not going to. Done like jimmy johnson and Bill Cowher.

How so? I mean, I'm pretty sure he's been coaching for most of his life.

He's still much younger than cower and Johnson were when they got into tv. I think we could be in for a surprise with him

Gruden actually makes $6.5M , works 17 days out the year as MNF announcer, and has zero stress

Dude ain't going anywhere as he has it made in the shade

Who is "John Gruden"? Never heard of him. You have any coaching statistics on him? Is he an offensive or defensive minded coach? Is he related to Jon Gruden who is on ESPN MNF?

Yeah, I heard about him when he won the award for being the nation's top assistant coach after he won the national championship at Ohio State as the OC with their third string QB. Before that, though, no.
