Actually, as far as I am concerned, it is basically over.
JJ is gone, for now and for a damn good while. Landry is going to have a pretty nice career, Davenport is going to do whatever he would do.
Hopefully the folks on this team refocus, and realize what could be a great season.

This is what I don't understand. There is rampant speculation and "insider info" on ever other aspect of this but nothing when it comes to who is the "true" kicker!!

Well, we could be getting into technicalities too. The reports have continually been he kicked someone in the face or back of the head.
The lawyer could also have said JJ didn't HIT anyone, but he didn't, and that is telling in and of itself. That said, he could've kicked him in the back of the neck, and technically the lawyer would be telling a fact.

Kind of funny isn't it? A senior and starter at QB is covering for a freshman back up WR who hasn't played a down on something that should at worst be plead down to a misdemeanor and have a 4 game suspension.
So the QB will essentially sacrifice his starting spot and last shot to show his skills for NFL scouts? Yeah, that's believable.
