I would love to see this. If y'all remember in the 90's when FSU was unbelievable, the employed this. They would routinely have 2 tailbacks flanking the QB while in shotgun and 3 WRs. The backs would run flare routes or option routes. It was a nightmare for defenses.

Who was able to see the scrimage threads that were wacked earlier? Does any of the information match up?
very contradicting hopefully this write up is spot on.

Best thing I read in the article was describing the one catch that Tolliver gave up:
With the height we have at receiver, this should be a staple of our offense instead of just trying to go over the top all the time.

it was on a back shoulder throw.

Was coming here to touch on the exact same comment, it is so assuring we have a qb that can make this throw.

The LSU football team took to the field on Saturday for a scrimmage behind closed doors, but featured an offense that really opened things up.
That quote is the first paragraph of the scrimmage story. The key phrase is "behind closed doors." Nothing like a story on a practice or scrimmage that is described by second-hand information.
In other words, LSU's coaches, players and sports information staff can tell anyone whatever they want and no one would know the difference.
Wake me up when the season starts so that we can see for our own eyes whether Harris is the QB and looks different or whether this is the same old crap. And the season doesn't really start until Sept. 12 when we play a real, live SEC opponent.
To quote Allen Iverson, "we talking about PRACTICE!!!"

any news or notes on QT, Gilmore, Johnson, and Herron from fall practices or the scrimmaqe? Are any or all of those guys looking ready for SEC level football?

I love it when white guys post vids of black guys making fools of themselves.

Guice continues to run with reckless abandon, with one source stating that "he runs like a mad man." Guice took a swing pass from Harris on Saturday, turned up field "breaking about six tackles and took it to the house," one source said.

Sophomore receiver Trey Quinn has picked up his play, after being diagnosed with correctable vision problems, and getting contacts to help him see better. Quinn played in the slot for the majority of the day, and is said to have "really picked things up lately," according to a source.
