Speedy only went to A&M because they didn't give drug tests at first to recruits and LSU did. It was a weed issue.

Quinn isn't as fast as Kermit Whitfield (5'9 or 5'8) but he does have good speed and Quinn is an excellent route runner that can get open.
Whitfield went from
14 games Jameis Winston 2014 - 11 receptions 145 yards the #9 pass catcher and #5 WR
to
11 games Golson/Maguire 2015 - 51 receptions 690 yards 6 TDs the #2 pass catcher and #2 WR. He is literally 3 yards away from tying with every statical category as the #1 WR for FSU.
Quinn would probably kill it as a third down option.

He has less drops than the three receivers in front of him, he's actually quite fast, and jumps pretty well.
