Alright so lets say a senior "took advantage of a freshman sexually"
Then they started to date. Three years later they are still dating. Is he a "sexual predator" now?

If this senior is four-plus years older than the freshman, he would be in violation of the carnal knowledge of a juvenile statute and he would have to be registered as a sex offender.

LSUdm21forever- Almkst 14,000 posts. I would congratulate you, but I've been of more service to this board in my first ten posts that you have in 14k. Take a good hard look in the mirror. Try not to cut your browneye while putting said mirror in position to see your face.

Needs to be updated. Apparently DA going for revocation of probation. JH could be done for good.

A prosecutor said Monday she has decided to file a motion to revoke the probation of Jeremy Hill, the suspended LSU running back who landed in legal hot water again this spring after he was arrested in a bar fight.
“We’re going to certainly push for revocation,” said Sue Bernie, an East Baton Rouge Parish assistant district attorney. “I think that jail time is appropriate, but it’s ultimately up to the judge.”
Bernie said Hill faces up to six months in jail if his probation is revoked. She said she could file the motion as early as this week.

If he had a felony on his record (which he doesn't) you MIGHT have a reason to worry. Jackson is a very fair judge, the DA is acting like a DA, if you are charged they don't give a shite. She is going by the book, innocence doesn't matter to them. Circumstances don't matter to them.
They PROSECUTE. That is their job. No different then a defense attorney defending a scum bag. Some of you live an extremely sheltered life

prosecutors and assistant DA's almost always file for revocation with shite like this and it almost always gets denied by the judge. If they didnt at least file for it, it would look bad. This is just part of the process....no worries
