Jarrett Lee is going to channel Jamie Howard this year in at least one game. I'm going to say the Bama game.

It's partly bad luck, but mostly it's making poor and careless decisions with the ball. Jarrett Lee is the most careless QB with the ball I think I have ever seen, and that includes college, pro, and anything in between.

Did you miss the offense being ranked at 113th? Thats how you define dreadful
Both were dreadful, it's just that your guy preferred giving the ball to the other team. That sorta goes against the grain of what the whole purpose of the game is.

Don't get me wrong...I agree. Thats why I said he threw it between 3 defenders. Gotta think there was someone else open with 3 guys around Byrd. That being said he had the arm strength to get the ball there. I think he has some sold skills if Gonzo can develop him some. If this thread is true then that is great news.

Actually the whole purpose is to win games. Both QBs have done that, with the exception of:

JLee - losses to
#11 - Fla
#9 - Ga
#1 - Bama

JJ - losses to
unranked Arky
#1 ranked Fla
unranked Ole Miss
#11 ranked Penn St

I dont care much for losing games to lesser opponents

u wanna see dreadful, turn the alabama vs Lsu in 2008 replay, thats frickin dreadful. that y he lost his job

had he finished the Bama game last season instead of just try to manage the game, we would have won that one and he may be in the running.

It's funny how when people point out Lee's individual failures, morons attempt to rebut the irrefutable by referencing team failures.

Why don't morons realize that there are ten other people on an offense?

Nobody forced Lee to throw an interception. Interceptions are one person's fault. The QB.

Being part of an ineffective offense will never be solely a QB's fault. More to the point, there were much bigger problems with last year's offense than the QB.

It really is unless there was significant improvement over the off season.

How many Pick 6's has Jarrett Lee thrown?

I'll take a JJ sack over a pick 6. JJ also brings more to the table.

Ive said this at least twice on this board and Ill say it a third time.

I hope JL at some point this season takes over the starting qb position and becomes the biggest comeback/redemption story in LSU football history...... And for no other reason than to make all degenerate fricking d-bags that talk shite about the guy look like the bitch you are.

there now, carry on.

Are we talking about the same 10 ppl who couldnt seem to tackle defenders on pick 6s that avg 43 yds per pick6?

Is that the team concept we're missing?
