You're really not helping your case. Time to shuffle off to Ole Virginny

It was stated numerous times last year that teams stacked the box on JJ, resulted in poorer running, and daring him to beat them deep. Which he could not do.
You're inability to spot bullshite is impressive. You're ability to spew more bullshite is astounding. The fact that you can't recognise the inaccuracy in your posts is pathetic.

So yes, his inability to throw deep contributed greatly to our ranking
It contributed? Slow down. I thought you said it was his fault?

So JJ could not throw the deep ball but JL could?

Who had more yards per reception?

Who had more passes over 25 yards?

Honestly, typing with your head up your arse while repeating bullshite is no way to go through life.

Just answer this question for me. Do you think JJ can throw the ball down the field better than JL?

Who would you rather have??? Its a simple question that you are having a hard time answering. The fact is JL gives us a chance.
JL had two chances to do the very thing you ask.

He failed both times.

And, in an attempt to cut through your intentional obtuseness, yes, I'll take JJ.

Lee has utterly and completely failed in every single one of his attempts to accomplish the very thing you ask.

Do you know what the definition of insanity is? Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Lee is 0 for 2. But you want to keep trying.

OK, now is that the JJ that could throw the deep ball, or the one that you referenced earlier that couldnt?

It's very simple... JL hasn't done too well up to this point. JJ hasn't set the world on fire either. Hopefully both have improved, and it isn't unheard of to see radical improvement heading into a players junior year. Both JJ and JL have had their moments. The skills are there for both ...if they can just get their heads up to speed. I'm hoping for both of them to have solid years so that in 2011 we have a two-headed monster at QB that scares the piss out of the rest of the SEC. Just think of how cool it would be to have the JL from the second half of the 2008 Auburn game and JJ from that beautiful bowl win against GT. That's who I want for my two quarterbacks...

Ahhh... the hopes and dreams of summer...

No, its more like being down by 2 points to Penn St

Or, Ole Miss down by 2 pts
Hmmmmm. Let's compare.

Being down by 30 points to Florida.

Or, Georgia down by 14 pts.

Our rushing offense alone dropped 47 spots to 90th in 2009.

Of course, the passing offense dropped 26 spots to 97th in 2009. A shorter fall, but a worse result (behind more teams on passing than rushing.)

As has been said many times, we have no top tier quarterback on the roster unless and until somebody proves differently.

The guy proved he can make a comeback. See Auburn 08. JJ's only big throw of his career was a 15 yard pass to RR against Georgia then Charles Scott housed one. Again I think as of right now JJ is the starter, but to completely dismiss Lee is crazy. The guy has the arm and he's pretty accurate. The guys been through hell and back and he's still working hard. Sounds like a guy that has the mental toughness to lead us to victory if given the chance.

Because we did so much better not crossing midfield the entire 2nd half against Fla, and calling the coach and asking him not to throw the ball against Ga.

It doesn't matter much what one fan thinks. But to save you from being an arse, again, yes, I do. Oh, and so does the coaching staff.

More importantly, the facts bear it out. JJ is a better passer than Lee.

Most importantly, being a QB is not a one-dimensional task. JJ gives LSU the best chance to win. JJ has a better arm, better legs, and most critically, a better head.

One can only assume that your sad little attempts at quips mean that you have no analysis to offer. You're wielding a knife in a gunfight, and you're losing badly.

I never said JL was a better QB, but to say JJ throws the ball down the field better than JL is just completely biased. Where did any of the coaching staff say JJ threw it down the field better. LINK maybe?? Didn't think so. Fact is I don't think I've seen Jefferson hit one WR 35+ yards down the field. Lee's strength is the deep ball. Jefferson weakness is the deep ball, yet you say Jefferson can do it better because you are biased.

But, the Gators' top-ranked defense was even better. The Gators (5-0, 3-0 SEC) sacked LSU quarterback Jordan Jefferson five times in the second half and limited the Tigers to 44 net yards of total offense in the final 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, the Tigers didn't enter Florida's side of the field in the second half and never threatened the scoreboard after being held to a field goal at the 2-yard line late in the second quarter.

the Tigers hopes looked to be dashed when Jefferson was sacked on fourth-and-1 in his territory

Thats what JustMe is looking forward to

I didn't pick Alabama for the question. You did. He's failed in each and every attempt to make a comeback against Alabama. And you want to give him a third chance.

This may sound radical, but let's give JJ, the more talented guy, the ball. Let's give him a chance to make that 10 point comeback against Alabama. Lee has never done it.
