The only advantage Mett has over Lee at this moment is his cannon, but that's not going to earn him the start over Lee. If JL gets the majority of the snaps for whatever reason he'll outplay most people's expectations, yeah he'll probably throw some picks, but so will Mett and JJ, and no he won't have a repeat of his RS freshman year. The pick 6's are a thing of the past.

As a parent, what would you tell your son about kicking a guy in the head while he's down because he blew his horn to get your son to move out of the way of a parking lot?

That's at basic level.

Then add to that, doing the action above considering he has his career, hundreds of thousands of fans, a school, his teammates, and his personal future all about to get kicked off in 2 weeks?

JJ needs to learn a big fat life learning lesson, just as I think you would want your son to get out of it. At least, I assume you would.

people calling for mett to start are foolish. You should know what happens when a young inexperienced QB is thrown to the wolves.

IF JJ is gone Jlee is our only hope

I'm an LSU fan I pull for my team. I'm not a douche that hates any particular player.

bullshite. Young QB's at other schools come in and shine early. Put JJ's arse on the pine and let the others shine. Tired of his shite.

I was not impressed by Mett's passing in the spring game.

And his numbers in the scrimmages are nothing to write home about.

If JJ is not on the field, I would start Lee over Mett, just based on the little I know, reading TD and having seen Lee on the field previously, in all his games.

then why did you say JJ kicked the guy in the head while he was down and needs to learn a life lesson?

That is a problem.

JJ might have to suffer for his stupidity. But if that does happen, it would suggest to me that Miles and Krags are higher on Lee than we've been led to believe.

But JJ has not been a 'problem' child until this, and I am not ready to throw him under the bus.

Otto what spring game did you watch? Jl threw a pick six.

Mett played much better, he threw a long touchdown pass.

Mett led his team to Jucco nc game!

Young, inexperienced, you mean like Cam Newton
