Listened to most of it, it is not a bad listen. Also, if you don't think that Jamarcus is one of the best LSU QB's ever, you are fricking crazy

I can see how you’d be confused what with all the first overall picks you just mentioned smh

Bert Jones wasn’t better than Jamarcus? This dude went full on ‘tard. Bill Belicheat himself said Jones was the most talented QB he’d seen. Injuries killed his career. Make no mistake about it. Jamarcus wasn’t close to Jones.

JaMarcus was the most overrated QB I have ever seen. He was playing with a team full of pro players. His receivers were constantly having to fall down or reach behind them to catch the ball. He never hit them in stride.

So yea, people that shite on him are deeply misguided. But this board hated him at the time too, the amount of Flynn>Russell takes was mind numbing.

FLYNN WAS JUST A WINNER MAN!!!

“Well uhh they had the same record in their final seasons.”

I'm staying out of this one. I always get ripped for my opinion on Russ. But throwing hard isn't the only thing that makes you great.

you may find this difficult to believe, some absolutely amazing college college quarterbacks weren't selected #1 overall, because one game does not always translate to the other.

So what. The players I back then said Bert use to bet freshmen players six packs he could throw from one end zone to the other. Then he would proceed to throw from one goal post threw the other side goal post. That is over 120 yards.

The fact that you believe this is actually laughable.

Best QBs that have been tracked for 30 years can't throw end zone to endzone. And football players have only progressed in skill.

Jones was drafted #2 in the 1st round. Came in 4th for Heisman and won NFL MVP. Called his own plays in the NFL.....which means he probably studied the playbook instead of drinking cough syrup. Now what were you saying about Russel being better than Jones? And Hodson was 4 time All SEC QB

yeah I love when our former players are sporting a rival's logo on our sideline.

so that makes it OK to sport the elephant head Alabama logo while on LSU's sideline during a national TV broadcast?

guess you'd be OK with our Houston area alum rocking Aggie gear too?

or maybe if Patrick Peterson was flashing Da U since he's from that area?

Not really, I just think J Russel is a loser and an embarrassment to LSU.

I don't understand some LSU fans that have issues with Jamarcus. I know his pro career was a failure, but up until Joe came here, he was the best qb Ive seen in purple and gold.
