We were out-played, out-coached, out-prepared, and out-focused in every part of the game. We got our asses handed to us for 60 minutes. Alabama was the better team and they deserved to win. There was no QB on our team good enough to win that game for us.

Agreed.

Those blaming JJ for it all are clueless football fans IMO.

So why didn't we just kneel the ball from the start of the second half?

Agreed. We could have had Drew Brees come out of the stands and would have still lost that game.

I wouldn't go that far

But neither JJ, JL, or Mett could have beaten that team. They had a damn good defense.

I agree with this. I still strongly think Lee should have been given a chance in the 3rd quarter, but I honestly don't believe it would have made any difference. Their D Line ate our O Line for lunch, and changing out QBs wouldn't have changed that.

stick to reading the back of cereal boxes.

This same shite would had been posted if JJ started and lost to Oregon or WV.

The truth is we don't know that cause Lee never got a chance.

+1000000

JL should have seen the field but we just got dominated in every phase of the game. Every single one.

Who is doing this? Everyone is pissed at Miles for not having a plan outside of JJ.

Don't kid yourself. There is no way Lee would have won that game for us. He really isn't any better than Jefferson. And we couldn't run the ball, we couldn't give our QB time to throw. Not much would have changed if Lee got in.

That being said, Lee probably should have gotten a shot just to try to find a spark somewhere. But its over now and I don't care anymore.

Y'all sound dumb as frick. At least bringing Lee is and spreading the field and throwing quick outs and ins and the occasional deep ball would have gave the defense something else to think about. We never once tested them deep and JL may have had the same issues as JJ, but to assume that he would have been just as bad is just foolish

Could we have maybe looked like a football team that was prepared to observe and assess our opponent in-game and attempt to execute offensive plays that might help to defeat them?

If JJ had hit Landry on that one pass, the whole game could have changed. All someone had to do was provide a spark. Bama only led by two scores until late in the game. The team needed a spark, and JJ didn't have it.

It's not always about putting in superior players, sometimes it's making your ream believe you are doing something for them.

Les let the whole team down last night. Not just the QB situation either.

JL would have done no better.
I'm fairly positive.

But damn.
I would have put him in just to make a change!
Just to make him feel like a team player!
Just to make the fans who love JL feel a little better about our loss!

Don't get me wrong. I think we should have tried Lee anyway, but I just don't think it would have mattered. We played so bad all-around it didn't matter who was taking snaps.

With the playcallng and overall team preperation, we didn't stand a chance.

Lee still deserved to take that chance at some pont, however.

Guess you'll never admit you were wrong. It's okay, JJ is gone and next year y'all can suck off JR.

While I agree that the Tigers did not have their minds right for whatever reason, it's still wrong, IMO, that Lee did not get the opportunity to perform on that stage. No one on the team deserved it more than he.

So it didn't matter that the quarterback played awful ? Whatever.
