It seems the fun and true emotions will not be back until there is a new coaching staff. It has reached it's peak and just going backwards.

it's sure as hell no fun to watch the O struggle...
i'm to the pointnow where i'll dvr the bama game while i'm doing my reserve weekend. when i get home i'll just turn the game on where it's at as opposed to not listening to people and starting dvr from beginning...

It seems like that. We have to get passed this. No matter how much I like Les I really want this shite to end.

I was thinking this the other day. It's as if the games just aren't as fun anymore. When we win at home you walk out the stadium frustrated from what you just witnessed.

Yes, it will be that way until we get something that resembles a offense .

That may be true for a few fans, but the majority understand we are an offensive player and OC away from being an elite team.
For all of Miles fault, he corrected the defense by hiring a proven DC. Why he refuses to do the same with the offense baffles me.

quote:What I think is that LSU isn't going to pull it all together because there is no clear sense of where "together" is on this current staff. Chavis seems to have a idea. Special Teams has a clue. But offense is completely adrift and clueless. Until that is fixed and all our components are playing LSU football, LSU style, I don't see much hope for improved outcomes. We will be bouncing between 7-5 and maybe 10-2 seasons each year as long as no meaningful coaching changes are made. I am ok with Miles staying if he surrounds himself and the team with quality coordinators. If he's just a figurehead, that'd suit me just fine. He seems to specialize in recruiting. But you know what, a lot of other coaches can do that too. And LSU is a pretty good "draw" for a lot of talent anyway. So...
It has reached it's peak and just going backwards.

I will always watch every LSU football game, even on in intermittent wireless card on espn3.com in the middle of BFE when we are struggling to beat McNeese State, which is what it came down to last week...
that being said, I am in love with LSU football, and it is very, very painful to watch games, but like a HS kid in love and being treated badly, I'm not gonna stop the insanity, cause LSU football is permanently fused to my heart and soul, and I have no option but to engage and endure.

All u gotta do is win -however there is a lot of dislike of Miles - if we win out there will still be folks who will want his scalp.
