Washington Huskies. Grew up rooting for them when Marques Tuiasosopo led the whoopin on Brees' Boiler Makers in the Rose Bowl.

Nevermind that Tui almost blew that game with a 4th quarter lateral attempt while being tackled.

Oops, forgot to mention South Alabama since I'm an alumni, even though it will be a few more years before the Jaguar football team will be running at full speed.

Any team playing USC, Notre Lame and the Gumps of Alabama.

Also pull for Boise St, even though I HATE their field. And nearly all in-state schools.

Funny story:
Went to Disney in '98, which was the year after LSU beat Notre Lame like a new set of drums in the Independence Bowl. So I go play golf one day at the Magnolia course by myself and they pair me with an obvious ND fan. He's got the ND bag, cap, shirt, golf towel...the works.

I've got an LSU golf shirt on and then the LSU head covers. So he knows....lol. We introduce ourselves and set out on the course. We're about 4 holes into the round when I can't take it anymore. I say, "So....uh....wanna talk about the game?" LOL. He said, "Not really." I started laughing my arse off because of the way he said it. Couldn't help myself.

He paid for 18 holes (125.00) but left after 9. LMAO. The starter asked me why he left. I said I think he has stomach cramps. He ate too much humble pie.

Indeed. I had a similar experience with an Ohio State alum/golfer. But this guy was a class act . . . he complemented LSU's play during the first three holes and then we got down to a great round of match play. LSU +3 through 17.

Miss. St. because both my parents went there, along with almost everyone else in my extended family. I was born and raised in Baton Rouge, however, and have been a lifelong LSU fan. Plus I'm an LSU student. haha

My daughter will be graduating from TCU this may so I have rooted for the Frogs from time to time. Her husband has a Masters in Engineering from Texas A & M so that makes me a part of the "Aggie Family". Neither of those school's teams stir my soul like the Tigers.

My girlfriend went to A&M and we went to a couple of games, and Ill tell you something, they are prideful but they are some great people, very nice to other fans, make conversation easy. I even did a radio interview with a guy cause I was decked out in LSU gear and I stuck out like a sore thumb, but the radio guy asked me about the atmosphere and how I was treated and I had nothing but good things to say...I did tell him theres still nothing like a Saturday night in Tiger Stadium though...
