Look much more polished than does LSU? The PAC 10 looks really strong.

It's going to be real interesting to see who gets that second playoff slot: SEC or PAC-12

They always look strong until they play the SEC.

Stanford was in the red zone 9 times and got 10 points. That's anti-polished

They have speed and not much else.

When they come up against SEC speed, they're like bowling pins.

It will be a rare deal when a conference gets 2 teams.

If you thought usc or Stanford looked "polished" yesterday then I think you need to quit critiquing football. That game was hot garbage.

easy to look really strong when you don't play real competition...

the only team that looks like a legit competitor right now is Oregon only because they whooped up on a good Michigan State team...that's it...

C'mon. At least watch the replay of USC/Stanford before claiming they're polished.

USC will fade at the end of the year no depth.

To who? Stevie wonder? The ducks looked decent and that said very loosely. But they always frick it up when they play a good team. But I guess it can't be the SEC invitational anymore.

The eighth grade team that ruled their district may look polished as well. But if they play the high school team, they will lose. That same high school would lose to La Tech, etc.

The Pac 12 does not play many quality OOC opponents. There is too much money to be lost if an LSU comes in and stomps them. They remain relevant by only playing each other and using the media to crow about how good they are this year. The polls help exponentially with this. Herbie is their biggest media tool.

Stanford looked like warmed over baby crap.

Oregon looked very good for a half.

The Pac 12 will fool you. You have to watch the entire game with them. But they are solid. Besides Oregon I don't think any of the would be a problem
