Yeah. Let's play the semantics game when everyone with half a brain knows what it means to be a good leader in the context of a football team.
I'll play. Coaches want a "Good Leader". And, that's not defined as a guy who can get others to follow him into actions that hurt the team. That would be a "Bad Leader". Being a "Successful leader" isn't enough.
